What Boca+ is
Boca+ is an automated headline roundup for Boca Raton and Delray Beach, Florida. Software checks local news feeds several times a day and lists what it finds: a headline, the publisher's name, the time it was posted, and sometimes a short description supplied by that publisher in its own feed.
Every item links to the publisher's own page. We don't host, republish, or rewrite anyone's articles. We're the front porch; they're the house.
Publishers and credit
Headlines and descriptions belong to the outlets that wrote them. They appear here with the publisher named and a link back to the original story, which is how a reader gets to the full reporting.
If you publish here and want your items removed, just ask — no explanation needed and no argument from us.
Email bocaplus@proton.me from an address at your publication, and we'll stop listing your items and remove the existing ones. We aim to act within two business days.
Accuracy
Headlines are collected automatically, and we don't verify, edit, or fact-check them. A headline can be updated or corrected by its publisher after we've listed it, and stories can develop after they're written. Treat this page as a directory of what local outlets are reporting, not as reporting itself. For the current version of any story, follow the link to the source.
Some items are found through Google News, so the link may pass through news.google.com before landing on the publisher's page.
Privacy
Boca+ has no accounts, no sign-up, no newsletter, and no contact form. There's nothing here that asks you for information, and we don't collect or sell any.
Like every website, the hosting service (Netlify) records basic technical request logs, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the page and block abuse. We don't use advertising or analytics trackers, and we set no cookies of our own.
Following a headline takes you to another company's website, where their privacy practices apply, not ours.
Using this site
Boca+ is offered as-is, for free, as a convenience to people who want local headlines in one place. We can't promise it will be available, complete, or up to date at any given moment, and we're not responsible for what's on the sites we link to. Don't rely on it for anything urgent — for that, go straight to the source or to emergency services.
